Cougar Camp for Incoming 6th Graders

Is your student feeling a bit nervous about starting middle school? 
Would they feel better if they got a tour, practiced opening a locker, saw the gym, and learned about all the fun opportunities at Dolores Huerta Middle School? 

If the answer is "YES!", then Cougar Camp is for your child. 

Who:  Rising 6th grade students who are planning on attending Dolores Huerta Middle School in the Fall.

What:  Cougar Camp - a half day taste of middle school during registration week

When:  Wednesday, July 31st OR Thursday, August 1st, 2024 from 8am-12pm.

Where:  In various 6th Grade classes on the Huerta Campus. Meet at the flagpole in front of the school, and we will direct your student where to go.

Why:  To help your student with the transition to Middle School, and as a bonus, we will be offering a parent orientation from 8-8:30 on both days.

Note:  Cougar Camp is limited to 120 students per day.  Once the day is filled we will close the Google Form.
